I am Mpho Majenge, among others hats that I wear I am a Software Developer by profession and a software engineering postgraduate student at the University Of The Witwatersrand (Wits) in collaboration with the Joburg Center Of Software Engineering (JCSE).

I’m also from an entrepreneurial and startup background, having spent a lot of my time trying to startup up companies.

I’m also a leadership scholar, with my journey having began at University, Central University Of Technology (CUT) where I started a student organization for Information Technology and Engineering students which paved my way into getting into entrepreneurship and subsequently being fortunate to becoming a Mandela Washington Fellow Alumni where I spent time at the University Of Nevada,Reno (UNR) learning about Business, Technology and Innovation management with a broader focus on the startup ecosystem in the United States especially looking at the Reno (The big little city) , Sacramento and San Francisco ecosystems.

I am interested in seeing how can business and technology can help fast track and help in the development of Africa especially around 3 of the United Nations millennium goals, eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, achieving universal education and improving global partnership for development.
